中国残疾人奥林匹克运动管理中心 诚聘

简介:中国残疾人奥林匹克运动管理中心(简称中国残奥管理中心),于2003年8月1日经中央机构编制委员会办公室批准成立,是中国残联直属事业单位,其主要职责是:负责全国残疾人体育的宏观管理、指导;动员、组织各类残疾人积极参加体育锻炼和康复健身等社会活动;负责中国残奥委员会、中国聋人体育协会、中国特奥委员会的常设办事机构秘书处工作;承担中国残奥代表团组团、集训和参赛的组织管理工作;组织国内、国际残疾人体育赛事和技术培训;指导和协调地方残疾人体育工作;管理国家残疾人体育综合训练基地。


中国残奥管理中心现有办公室、竞赛部、训练部等13个部门,管理人员210人,残奥代表团640人。


中国残奥管理中心位于顺义区后沙峪镇,占地357亩。内有中国残疾人体育专用训练基地,总建筑面积64382平方米,包括办公科研楼及运动员公寓、田径力量训练馆、综合训练馆、游泳馆、盲人门球馆、田径训练场、自行车训练场、男女射箭场等场馆。供国家残疾人体育代表团备战2008年残奥会及残疾人运动队日常训练、比赛使用。

招聘职位:市场拓展公关人员

任职条件:
1、工商管理、体育等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、具有5年以上体育产业或场馆运营相关工作经验,熟悉体育场馆、娱乐餐饮市场拓展,熟悉国家法律法规,具备良好的沟通协调能力,掌握商业谈判技巧及可持续的市场拓展能力。
3、工作积极主动,责任心强,有良好的抗压能力,灵活处理工作中遇到的问题。
待遇:工资3000元左右/月,五险一金。

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide confidential personal assistance/administrative/secretarial support to the Managing Director, Senior Management, and other members of the Simplot China team as required.

Secretaria

Assist the Managing Director and Senior Management of making the most effective use of their time.

Gatekeeper – act as a gatekeeper as necessary for ‘soliciting/advertising’ calls

Arrange appointments and remind as necessary

Travel arrangements – provide support for hotel, air and any other travel arrangements that are needed for Managing Director and Senior Management or overseas visitors as designated by the Managing Director

Secretarial duties, such as but not including, translation, recording of minutes, typing of business letters and contracts, expatriate expenses compilation, maintaining of up to date contact lists, compiling visitor schedules, compiling newsletters.

Follow up or coordinate with other departments to ensure meeting reports or period reports are provided to Managing Director in a timely manner.
Administrative

Manage the overall image and ‘smell of the place’ of the Beijing office.

Supervise the Receptionist, and specifically the receptionist’s responsibilities of:

Equipment maintenance

Office security

Office Security – maintenance of the office access control system

Asset Control – maintain a list of fixed office fixed assets and check this list on a monthly basis. Provide such report to the finance department.

Serve as the IT contact point between Australia IS and third party suppliers. Supervision of Simplot China website.

Manage the annual budget of the Beijing Administration department.

Set up, maintain and improve office administration systems and processes that facilitate up-to-date, accessible information and office efficiency.
Personnel

Maintains and ensures completeness and accuracy of all personnel records except payroll (i.e. attendance record, personnel file, employee FESCO contracts)

Owns new employee orientation process

Maintains all FESCO records/contracts and manages FESCO relationship

Owns annual HR plan - training plan, company objective/values communication strategy, co retreat

Australia HR contact point

Proactively build an environment that engenders and promotes the organizations core values.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Well developed or advance Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Lotus Notes skills

Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Project a plus

Knowledge of or experience with ACCPAC a plus

Attention to detail and extremely good follow-up skills

A high school/secretarial diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is a requirement. A college degree is a plus.

Substantial experience in a senior secretarial role

Exposure to a Board environment preferred

Knowledge of accounting principles

Excellent Chinese and advanced written and spoken English.
